Confidentiality Agreement |
Word Trust concludes confidentiality agreements upon client
request.
In the case of a template designated by the client’s legal
affairs division, we review the agreement and sign or affix
our seal to two copies, one of which is kept by the client
and one by Word Trust.
Regardless of whether a confidentiality agreement is concluded,
all documents received in the course of providing our services
are treated as confidential internal documents. We do not
disclose the names of our clients, the existence of business
relationships, or the details of services rendered. |
