workflow from receiving an inquiry for services to final delivery.

Feedback
Any feedback received following delivery of a translation,
for example on particular terms or expressions, is kept
in our database to be used in future translation projects.
In the case of regular or ongoing projects, we create
a client glossary of designated terms. This allows consistency
to be maintained across multiple translations for an
individual client. Any feedback received from the client
is also incorporated into the glossary.
